| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨关节痛风结石的手术治疗效果。方法对经临床确诊的11例骨关节痛风结石患者（39个关节）采用痛风病灶清除和刮骨植骨术,术前、术后药物治疗,术后早期行CPM关节功能锻炼和康复治疗。结果手术切口均一期愈合,关节畸形矫正,血尿酸下降。11例均获随访,时间6个月~3年。关节功能明显改善,无痛风石复发,手指麻木感减轻。结论对骨关节痛风结石患者采用以手术为主的综合治疗效果较好。
