| 摘 要： | 目的评价非融合内固定手术治疗平山病的临床初步效果。方法 6例平山病患者采用3节段或4节段的颈前路钢板固定,未行颈前路椎间盘切除减压或椎体次全切,评估其临床效果。结果所有患者术后病情无明显进展。4例存在手指伸直时束颤者术后3例即刻消失,1例明显好转。末次随访时6例患者受累肌肉外形及肌力均不同程度恢复。JOA评分：术前平均为14.6分±1.2分,术后平均为16.2分±0.6分。结论非融合内固定手术治疗平山病能迅速缓解疾病发展的自然过程,早期效果较好。
