手术治疗51例髋臼骨折

目的探讨手术复位及内固定治疗移位髋臼骨折的方法及疗效。方法对51例髋臼骨折患者根据骨折类型选择手术入路和复位内固定。随访评价术后的治疗效果。结果患者均获得随访,时间6个月~6年。髋臼骨折复位质量按照Matta标准：解剖复位31例（60.8%）,满意复位18例（35.3%）,不满意复位2例（3.9%）。髋关节功能依据D′Aubingne评分标准：优21例（41.2%）,良24例（47.0%）,可5例（9.8%）,差1例（2.0%）,优良率为88.2%。结论对于有手术指征的髋臼骨折,选择适宜的手术时机,采用正确的手术入路和良好的骨折复位及固定,可以取得满意的治疗效果。

Surgery for 51 patients with acetabular fracture

Objective To discuss the surgical methods and effects of displaced acetabular fractures.Methods 51 patients with displaced acetabular fractures were classified according to Letournel and Judet classification,and all cases were undergone open reduction and internal fixation through different approaches.Results All cases were followed up for 0.5~6 years.According to Matta′s clinical grade,there were 31 cases（60.8%） with anatomic reduction,18（35.3%） with satisfactory reduction and 2（3.9%） with unsatisfactory reduction.According to D′Aubigne grading system,21（41.2%） cases showed excellent,24（47.0%） cases good,5（9.8%） fair,and 1（2.0%） poor.The excellent and good rate was 88.2%.Conclusions To acetabular fractures with operative indications,operation on proper time,correct approach,satisfactory reduction and stable fixation can ensure good clinical outcomes.
