肾移植后股骨头缺血性坏死行全髋关节置换的围手术期处理

目的探讨肾移植术后股骨头坏死（ANFH）行全髋关节置换（THA）术的围手术期处理。方法对4例肾移植术后ANFH患者（5髋）行THA治疗,分析手术时机、免疫抑制剂的使用和术中、术后相关治疗措施等。结果患者手术均获成功,术中、术后无并发症。4例均获随访,时间6~24个月。髋关节功能恢复较好,对移植肾无明显影响。结论肾移植术后ANFH行THA能有效解除髋部疼痛,只要围手术期处理得当,手术是安全可行的。

Perioperative management in cementless total hip arthroplasty of avascular necrosis of femoral head after renal transplantation

Objective To explore the perioperative management in cementless total hip arthroplasty of avascular necrosis of femoral head after renal transplantation.Methods 4 patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head after renal transplantation were managed with a total of 5 total hip arthroplasties.The operative time,the use of immune depressant,therapeutic measure of operation were analysed.Results 4 cases were succeed during operation without complications.All were followed up for 4～24 months.Recovery of function of the hip were good.No impaction wasfound to renal function.Conclusions The results of total hip arthroplasty after renal transplantation are satisfactory,which solves the problem of pain of the hip.The operation can be performed safely under correct perioperative management.
