| 摘 要： | 目的从心脏外科角度研究冠状动脉宏观和微细解剖。方法对13例人心冠状动脉灌注造影剂后，进行X射线和软X射线摄片研究，另有1例由左冠状动脉回旋支灌注墨汁明胶液，作组织切片观察心脏毛细血管分布特点。结果冠状动脉分支中直径大于1．0mm的动脉数量较多，均可选择作为冠脉搭桥时的靶血管；左、右冠状动脉之间及同一冠状动脉分支之间存在丰富的吻合，这些吻合在冠状动脉严重狭窄时明显增粗；细小动脉的分布密度左室游离壁明显大于右室壁，心内膜下层大于心外膜下层和中层，并且形成丰富的心内膜下丛。窦房结动脉是最粗的心房动脉，作心房切口时应尽量避免伤及，以免导致心律紊乱。室间隔和房室连接区是冠状动脉分支间吻合的重要区域。结论深入了解冠状动脉走行特点、口径及其固有吻合有助于理解心脏外科原理和改善手术效果。
