醒脑开窍针刺法降低急性脑梗死患者CRP的效果观察与护理

目的探讨醒脑开窍针刺法对急性脑梗塞患者C反应蛋白(CRP)值的影响。方法选取40例急性脑梗塞患者,随机分为2组,即醒脑开窍针刺法组和常规针刺组,每组为20例,观察患者治疗前后CRP值的变化。结果患者治疗4周后,醒脑开窍针刺法组和常规针刺组血清中CRP值显著降低,醒脑开窍针刺法组降低更为明显。结论醒脑开窍针刺法可在短时间内降低脑梗塞患者的CRP值,从而降低脑血管疾病的发生,疗效优于常规针刺组。

Clinical observation of influence of xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture on CRP of patients with acute cerebral infarction and nursing

Objective To explore the influence of Xingnaokaiqiao(XNKQ) acupuncture on CRP of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the nursing.Methods 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into two groups: XNKQ acupuncture group and routine acupuncture group,and 20 cases in each group.The change of CRP before and post treatment was observed.Results After 4 weeks treatment,the CRP decreased in both groups obviously,especially in XNKQ acupuncture group.Conclusions XNKQ acupuncture can decrease the CRP of the patients with acute cerebral infarction in short time,thus decrease the happen of cerebrovascular disease and has better curative effect than routine acupuncture.
