个体化康复治疗对住院精神分裂症患者康复疗效的影响

目的探讨对住院精神分裂症患者实行个体化康复治疗对患者精神症状、社会功能康复的影响。方法将符合入组标准的90例男性精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和个体化康复治疗组（治疗组）,对照组进行常规精神科治疗,治疗组在进行与对照组相同治疗的基础上,根据患者个人特点分别在患者本人自愿参与的前提下有计划地进行综合性个体康复治疗。两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月、6个月后分别进行阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）及功能独立性评定量表（FIM）评分。结果对照组及治疗组康复治疗后PANSS量表阴性症状分及总分下降（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）、功能独立性评定量表评分（FIM）显著提高（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后PANSS量表阴性症状分及总分下降（P〈0.05）,功能独立性评定量表评分（FIM）显著提高（P〈0.05）。结论个体化康复治疗更有助于减轻精神分裂症患者的精神症状,改善社会功能。

Effect of individual rehabilitation in the treatment of schizophrenia inpatients

Objective To explore the effects of individual rehabilitation for the psychiatric symptom and function of patients in the endemic area.Methods 90 schizophrenic inpatients in recovery stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group were managed with self-help training and remedial entertainment.In addition to,individual rehabilitation were given to the treatment group designedly which was made that depending on existing problems espectively.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and Functional Independence Measure （FIM） were evaluated and measured before and 6 months after the training.Results The scores of negative and the total score of PANSS decreased significantly （P0.05,P0.01） and the scores of FIM increased significantly in both treatment group and control group after treatment （P0.05,P0.01）.Compared with controls,there was significant improvement in the the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive individual rehabilitation training proves to be effective in the treatment of psychiatric symptoms and social function impairment of patients with schizophrenic inpatients.
