Aurora-A和Aurora-B在人胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的通过检测Aurora-A、Aurora-B在胃癌组织、癌旁不典型增生组织和正常胃粘膜组织中的表达情况,探讨其在胃癌的发生、发展过程中的意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测40例胃癌组织,25例癌旁不典型增生组织和40例正常胃粘膜组织中Aurora-A和Aurora-B的表达水平,分析其在不同组织间、不同分化程度的胃癌组织间的表达差异与两蛋白之间表达水平的相关性。结果 Aurora-A、Aurora-B蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达均明显高于不典型增生组织（P〈0.05）和正常胃粘膜组织（P〈0.01）;Aurora-A、Aurora-B蛋白在高、中、低分化胃癌中的表达差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;Aurora-A与Aurora-B的阳性表达呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论 Aurora-A和Aurora-B蛋白的阳性表达率在胃癌组织中较高,且随着分化程度的降低而增加,可能与胃癌的发生和发展有关。

Expression and significance of Aurora-A and Aurora-B kinases in human gastric cancer tissues

Objective To explore the role of Aurora-A and Aurora-B kinases in genesis and development of gastric cancer by detecting the expression levels of these two kinases in gastric cancer tissues, atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal gastric tissues. Methods Protein levels of Aurora-A and Aurora-B in gastric cancer tissues （40 cases）, atypical hyperplasia tissues（25 cases） and normal gastric tissues（40 cases） were detected by immunohistochemistry. Expression discrepancy of Aurora-A and Aurora-B between different tissues and between different differentiated gastric cancer tissues, and dependablity of expressed Aurora-A and Aurora-B in gastric cancer tissues were analyzed. Results Expression levels of Aurora-A and Aurora-B in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues （P0.01） or atypical hyperplasia tissue （P0.05）. There were significant differences in expression levels of Aurora-A and Aurora-B between well, moderately and poorlydifferentiated adenocarcinoma tissues （P0.05）. Aurora-A expression positively correlated with Aurora-B in gastric cancer tissues. Conclusion The Aurora-A and the Aurora-B kinases are more highly expressed in gastric cancer tissue than that in neighboring tissue,with higher expression in poorlydifferentiated gastric cancer tissues, which might be relevant to the genesis and development of gastric cancer.
