阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血清瘦素水平的变化

目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS）患者血清瘦素（leptin）水平的变化。方法对20例OSAHS患者和20例健康成人进行多导睡眠监测（Polysomnography,PSG）,用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定患者血清leptin水平。结果 OSAHS患者组与健康对照组血清leptin比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,并且leptin水平与OSAHS患者睡眠暂停低通气指数（AHI）呈正相关。结论患者血清leptin水平与OS-AHS患者病情严重程度呈正相关。

Serum leptin levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Objective To investigate serum leptin levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods Polysomnography（PSG） was performed in 20 patients with OSAHS and twenty healthy controls. Serum leptin levels were measured by ELISA double antibody sandwich method. Results The leptin levels were significantly higher in OSAHS patients than those in control group （P0.01）.There was positive correlation of serum leptin levels with AHI of patients with OSAHS. Conclusion Leptin levels in patients with OSAHS are positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
