| 摘 要： | 本文研究哌唑嗪,氨酰心安、普鲁卡因胺,氯卡胺、维拉帕米、利多卡因和胺碘酮对大白鼠复灌性心律失常的影响,结果表明:静注哌唑嗪0.2mg/kg、氯卡胺5mg/kg、维拉帕米0.5mg/kg、利多卡因5mg/kg、胺碘酮50mg/kg 均能显著降低复灌性心律失常的发生率、持续时间及室顺的发生率,普鲁卡因胺50mg/kg、氨酰心安5mg/kg 也能缩短复灌性心律失常的持续时间及降低室颤的发生率。

| Abstract: | We studied the effects of Prazosin,Atenlol,proeainarnide,Lorcanide, Verapamil,Lidocain and Amiodarotie on arrhythmias by reperfusion in rats. The results showed that iv.Prazosin 0.2mg/kg,Lorcanide 5mg/kg,Verapamil 0.5mg/kg,Lidocain 5mg/kg or Amiodarone 50mg/kg could all obviously reduce the rate of arrhythmias by reperfusion and ventrieular fibrillation,and made the duration time of arrhythmias shorter.Procainamide 50mg/kg or Atenolol 5mg/kg could also shorten the duration time of arrhythmias by reperfusion and reduce the rate of ventrieular fibrillation. |
