| 摘 要： | 本文对77例慢性肾炎甲襞微循环进行观察,同时以79例正常人的甲襞微循环检查做对比,结果发现慢性肾炎组甲襞微循环管袢畸形增多,管袢延长,管袢管经变细,血液流速减慢,红细胞聚集性增高。因而认为甲襞微循环检查对慢性肾炎的诊断有一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | The microcirculation of nail rugae was observated in 77 cases with chronic nephritis and 79 control cases. The results showed that the vessel loop deformity was increased, with prolonged vesselloop, narrowed vessel, slowed blood flow and increased erythrocyte aggregation in chronic nephritis group compared with the control. Therefore it is concluded that the examination of the microcirculation of the nail rugae is helpful to diagnose nephritis. |
