复方祛疤凝胶中三七提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:筛选复方祛疤凝胶中三七的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过前期对提取方法的考察,确定了复方祛疤凝胶中三七应采用回流法进行提取,在本研究中通过正交试验设计,以三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷RgMl、人参皂苷Rb1的含量及干膏率为考察指标,进行多指标综合评分,最终筛选出复方祛疤凝胶中三七的最佳提取工艺。结果:三七的最佳提取工艺为:加1...
