| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温针灸对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血流动力学的影响。方法：将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用电针治疗，治疗组采用温针治疗，两组治疗前后均行彩色多普勒超声检查。结果：治疗组治疗后椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度比治疗前均明显增快(P ＜0.01，P＜0. 05)，两组治愈率及总有效率差异有统计学意义(...
