| 摘 要： | 病毒、病毒感染的靶细胞和机体的抗病毒免疫是推动疾病进展的“三架马车”,抗HBV治疗的“爬坡假说”根据宿主免疫应答的特点,提出调节宿主免疫应答的治疗策略可用以弥补单一抗病毒治疗慢性HBV感染的不足.笔者对病毒感染的免疫应答和免疫治疗研究的新进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Increasing evidence has shown that three critical elements-the HBV virion,the host's hepatocyte and immune sys-tems-engage in a dynamic interplay that drives the progression of HBV infection.Based on the characteristics of host immune re-sponse in patients with HBV infection,a climbing slope hypothesis is proposed to suggest that therapeutic strategies aiming at mo-dulating the immune activity of the host may represent a complementary approach to antiviral drug treatment for the management of chronically HB... |
