| 摘 要： | 目的：优选通便减肥液的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用L9（3）4正交实验法,以结合型蒽醌、番泻苷A、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚为考察指标,用综合加权评分法,优化提取工艺条件。结果：乙醇浓度（A）为主要影响因素,乙醇用量（B）、浸渍时间（C）影响不显著,优化的提取工艺条件是6倍量75%的乙醇,浸渍6 h进行渗漉。结论：确定了最佳提取工艺条件。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the extracting process of Tongbianjianfei Solution.Methods: Use orthogonal design L9(34)to screen out the best extraction condition with conjugated anthraquinone,sennoside A,magnolol,honokiol index.And use integrated weighted method,to optimize the extracting condition.Results: The concentration of alcohol(A) was the main factor.The affection of alcohol consumpation(B) and soaking time was not notable.The optimization of extracting condition was 6 times the amount of 75% alcohol soaki... |
