| 摘 要： | 从反流性食管炎(RE)的发病基础、病机关键、分型症治方面，讨论RE的辨治。脾胃虚弱为本病的发病基础，胃虚气逆为其病机关键，益气和胃为本病主要治则，同时还应针对兼夹邪气的不同，强调注重脾、胃、肝三者的相互关系，合理遣方用药。
