| 摘 要： | 用林茜草根醇提取物给予S - 180荷瘤小鼠连续灌胃，10 d后测定林茜草根醇提取物对荷S- 180瘤小鼠抑瘤率、碳粒廓清指数、小鼠外周血—肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白介素-2（IL-2）含量的影响。结果表明，林茜草根醇提取物对荷S - 180瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑瘤率达39.67％，可提高小鼠吞噬碳粒廓清的指数，血清中IL...

| Abstract: | Ethanol extract of roots by Rubia sylvatica to pose S-180 tumor-bearing mice fed with 10d after the determination of S-180 mice bearing tumor inhibition rate,carbon clearance index,peripheral blood-tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and self-interleukin-2(IL-2) content.The results showed that the alcohol extract of roots Rubia sylvaticai S-180 tumor bearing mice with tumor inhibition rate was 39.67%,In the same time,it can increase the carbon clearance phagocytes’ index of mice,serum IL-2 and TNF-α levels also increased significantly.The results suggest that inhibition of ethanol extract of roots Rubia sylvatica S-180 mice bearing tumor mechanism may enhance and improve the host immune response. |
