| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对附子与桂枝/肉桂配伍前后主要成分变化的研究，阐明其传统药性配伍理论。方法：采用紫外—可见光分光光度法测定附子的总碱和酯型生物碱含量，结合HPLC指纹图谱对比附子与桂枝、肉桂配伍前后其主要成分的含量变化。结果：附子与桂枝/肉桂配伍后总生物碱和酯型生物碱均有所降低，但附子配伍肉桂后，二者含量均高于其附子配伍桂枝...
