| 摘 要： | 目的探索复发、转移大肠癌血瘀证与外周血PTEN、CD44基因表达的相关性。方法对62例复发、转移大肠癌患者进行证素辨证,同时应用Real-time PCR检测其外周血PTEN、CD44基因表达。结果①外周血PTEN、CD44基因表达与大肠癌临床分期、淋巴结转移、细胞分化程度具有相关性(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无关。②血瘀组的外周血PTEN基因表达显著低于非血瘀组(P<0.05),CD44基因表达显著高于非血瘀组(P<0.05)。③各血瘀级别的证素积分比较有显著差异(P<0.01),但外周血PTEN、CD44表达水平均无显著差异。结论复发、转移大肠癌血瘀证患者与外周血PTEN、CD44的表达存在相关性,各血瘀级别的证素积分比较有显著差异。
