全髋置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效分析

目的探讨全髋置换治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法随访2000年1月～2006年1月采用全髋置换术治疗的27例股骨颈骨折患者，采用Harris评分系统评价疗效。结果27例患者平均为62岁，术后随访12～42个月（平均为28个月），在随访过程中，按Harris评分由手术前的（35．30±7．91）分增加至术后（82．30±11．21）分（P〈0．05），其中2例发生脱位，手法复位后未再复发，其余患者髋臼及股骨柄假体位置良好，未出现假体松动和下沉，也未出现截骨处骨不愈合。结论全髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效满意。

Follow - up Study on Total Hip Replacement of Femoral Neck Fractures in Aged Patients

Objective To explore the curative effect of primary total hip replacement （THR） in treatment of femoral neck fractures. Method Follow - up was performed in 27 patients with femoral neck fractures undergoing THR in our department from January 2000 to January 2006 according to the system of Harris. Results After a follow - up for 12-- 42 months （mean 28 months）, we obtained full data of 27 patients （averaged 62 years old） with preoperative Harris score of 35.3 and postoperative score of 82.3. Of the 27 patients, two cases experienced dislocation and recovered after manual reduction. No complication was found in other patients. Conclusion Among the aged people with femoral neck fractures. THR has a good therapeutic option and can significantly relieve pain.
