| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：38例气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者均采用益气活血方（处方：黄芪、川芎、地龙、桃仁、红花、赤芍、丹参、水蛭、全蝎）加减治疗。结果：基本痊愈15例，显著进步12例，进步7例，无效4例，总有效率为89．5％。结论：益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang (YHF) for cerebral infaraction of qi -deficiency and blood-stasis pattern (CIQB). Methods: 38 cases of CIQB were treated by modified YHF (composed of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Pheretima, Semen Persicae, Flos Carthami, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Hirudo and Scorpio) . Results: 15 cases were basically cured, 12 cases markedly improved, 7 cases improved and 4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 89. 5% . Conclusion: YHF possesses marked effect for CIQB. |
