肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R含量的临床意义

目的:探讨了肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R水平及临床意义。方法:分别应用放免法、化学法和ELISA测定了31例肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R含量,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而NO水平则低于正常人组(P<0.01),治疗后三个月,则与正常人比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO/NOS、CEA和SIL-2R含量的变化与患者的病情和预后密切相关,具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum NO/NOS, CEA and SIL-2R Levels After Operation in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective To study the clinial significance of changes of serum NO/NOS, CEA and SIL-2R levels after operation in patients with lung cancer. Methods Serum CEA (with RIA),NO/NOS (with biochemistry) and SIL-2R (with ELISA) levels were determined in 31 patients with lung cancer both before and after operation as well as in 35 controls. Results Before operation, the serum NOS,CEA,SIL-2R levels were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01) while serum NO levels were significantly lower than those in controls (P<0.01). Three months after operation the levels in patients were not much different from those in controls (P>0.05). Conclusion Serum NO/NOS,CEA and SIL-2R levels were closely related to the disease process of lung cancer and were of prognostic values.
