泪腺窝肿块的CT诊断

目的：研究泪腺肿块的ＣＴ表现及其诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析５０ 例经手术和病理证实的泪腺窝肿块病人的ＣＴ。结果：５０例病人中泪腺良性混合瘤１８例，占３６％ ，ＣＴ表现为边缘清晰的圆形或卵圆形肿块；恶性泪腺上皮性肿瘤６例，占１２％ ，表现为边缘不规则的圆形或椭圆形肿块，并伴有骨质破坏；炎性假瘤３例和Ｍｉｋｕｌｉｃｚ综合征２例，表现为泪腺增大呈长扁形肿块，肿块包绕眼球并伴有外直肌增粗；淋巴瘤４ 例，占８％ ，表现为不规则肿块，肿块包绕眼球；皮样囊肿１７ 例，占３４％ ，表现为边界清楚的圆形或椭圆形肿块，呈低密度，ＣＴ值为－ ８０ＨＵ 左右。结论：ＣＴ可准确地显示肿块的形状、边缘、大小、密度和范围，并可作出一定的定性诊断。

CT Diagnosis of Masses of the Lacrimal Fossa

Objective:To study CT findings and its clinical value of masses in the lacrimal fossa.Methods:CT findings of 50 cases with masses in the lacrimal fossa confirmed by pathology were analysed retrospectively.Results:Of 50 cases,there were 18 cases with benign mixed tumor showing sharp margined round or ovoid masses;6 cases with malignant epithelial tumor displaying irregular margined round or ovoid masses and bony detruction;3 cases with inflammatory pseudotumor and 2 cases with Mikulicz syndrome showing enlargement of the lacrimal gland;4 cases with lymphoma showing irregular masses surrounding the globe and 17 cases with dermoid cyst showing markedly low-density masses.Conclusion:CT can accurately display the shape,margin,size,density and extent of the mass and provide guide for surgery.
