| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC法）测定曲匹布通片的含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil（TM）C18柱（250min×4．6min，5μm），流动相为pH=3．3的乙腈-0．01mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液（60：40），流速为1mL／min，检测波长为235nm。柱温为35℃。结果曲匹布通质量浓度在4-20μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为100．50％，RSD为0．40％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便、快速，结果准确、可靠，重现性好。可用于曲匹布通片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the content determination of trepibutone tablets by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil （TM） C18 column （250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was adopted. The mobile phase was a mixture of pH = 3.3 acetonitrile- 0. 01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （60 ： 40） and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 235 nm. The temperature was set at 35℃. Results The calibration curve was good linear relationship in the range of 4-20 μg/mL （r=0. 999 9）.The mean recovery rate was 100.50% and RSD was 0. 40% （n =6）. Conclusion The method can be applied in quantitative determination of trepibutone tablets. The result is accurate and well reproducible. |
