子宫动脉血管造影解剖及其最佳投照体位的探讨

目的:探讨子宫动脉造影解剖及其显示的最佳投照体位。方法:2006年1月至2007年12月间中山大学附属第三医院放射科共62例髂内动脉造影,回顾性分析子宫动脉的起源及最佳的投照体位。结果:子宫动脉均由同侧髂内动脉发出,其中60%子宫动脉起源于髂内动脉前干;正位、同侧斜位和对侧斜位对子宫动脉起始段的显示率分别为9.3%、77.1%和66.7%。结论:子宫动脉主要起源于髂内动脉前干,其起始段的最佳投照体位为同侧斜位。

The study of vascular anatomy and optimal projection position of uterine artery angiography

Purpose:To study vascular anatomy and optimal projection position of uterine artery angiography, in order to superselective catheterization of uterine artery.Materials and methods:From January 2006 to December 2007,207 times of internal iliac artery angiography were performed in 62 patients in our institute. The projection position of internal iliac artery angiography included anteroposterior, ipsilateral and contralateral oblique position. The origin and optimal projection angle of uterine artery were analyzed according to the results of internal iliac artery angiography retrospectively.Results:All uterine artery originated from the ipsilateral iliac artery,and sixty percent of them originated from the anterior trunk of internal iliac artery;The occurrence rate of initial segment of uterine artery in anteroposterior position,ipsilateral and contralateral oblique position were 9.3%,77.1% and 66.7% respectively. Conclusions:Most uterine artery originates from anterior trunk of internal iliac artery.The optimal projection position of uterine artery in iliac artery angiography is ipsilateral oblique position.
