| 摘 要： | 目的:比较慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者不同病期(急性加重期和稳定期)的血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,分析其在COPD病情评估中的意义。方法:选择COPD患者40例,分别在急性加重期和稳定期测定血清hs-CRP、ESR、WBC水平。hs-CRP测定方法采用胶乳免疫增强比浊法。结果:COPD患者急性加重期血清hs-CRP水平较稳定期明显上升,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。WBC、ESR变化则较小。结论:hs-CRP可作为评估COPD病情的敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the level of serum hs-CRP in patients with COPD in different conditions.Methods Fourty patients with COPD were selected.Serum hs-CRP(by latex—enhanced immunonephelometric assay),ESR and WBC levels were detected both in acute exacerbation phase and stable phase in 40 patients.Results Serum hs-CRP levels in acute exacerbation phase increase signif icantly than that in stable phase(P<0.01).The changes of WBC and ESR were small.Conclusion Serum hs-CRP can be used to evaluate the condition of COPD as a sensitive indicator. |
