| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌术前综合诊断方法,提高术前诊断率,为术前化疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析我院自1996.10～2006.10间收治的237例乳癌的术前综合诊断资料。结果:采用局部彩色多普勒探查与空芯针活检病理学诊断相结合的方法进行综合判断,阳性率达89.6%,比单纯空芯针活检阳性率(87.3%)高。炎性包块容易误诊。结论:对于乳腺包块初诊患者、在进行临床体检初步筛选后,空芯针活检结合局部彩色多普勒探查进行综合判断可提高活检病理阳性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore several effective methods of diagnosing breast cancer before operation for aim of preoperative chemotherapy.Method:reviewed and summarized 237 cases of inpatients with breast cancer between Oct.1996 and Oct.2002 in our hospital.Results:We combined local color Doppler exploration and mass biopsy cytology diagnosis and had a comprehensive judgment.The positive rate was 89.6% which was higher than that of simple puncture(87.3%).Inflammatory mass was easily misdiagnosed.Conclusion:After having clinical examination for the fi rst visit patients with breast mass,combinating hollow needle biopsy with color Doppler may present an ideal way of effective diagnosis. |
