高温和噪声对大鼠心钠素等含量的影响

摘    要:观察了高温、噪声及复合因素(高温十噪声)对大鼠血浆和心房组织心钠素(ANF)与内原性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)含量的影响,结果发现,高温可使血浆ANF含量明显降低(P<0.01),心房组织中ANF水平明显减少(P<0.001),噪声及复合因素也可使心房组织ANF含量明显下降(P<0.001),但上述因素对血浆EDLS影响不明显,仅暴露高温及复合因素后心房组织的EDLS含量明显增高(P<0.01).这些变化对心脏血流量、周围血管阻力和内环境稳态可能产生一定影响,使机体耐力下降.

Abstract:It was observed thal effects of high temperature, noise and compound factors on ANF and EDLS contents in plasma and atrial tissues of rats. The results showed that high temperature may lead to remarkable reduction of plasma ANF content (P<0. 01)and atrial ANF level(P<0. 001). In addition,noise and compound factors may also lead to significant decrease(P<0. 001)in atrial tissues. There were not significant effects of high temperature, noise and compound factors on plasma EDLS content,but the atrial EDLS content was remarkable increased (P<0. 01) after exposure to high temperaeture and compound factors. These changes may have some influences on volume of blood flow of heart,resistance of pe-ripheral blood vessels and stabilization of homeostasis,and the results could decrease stamina of the body.
