白色萎缩1例

报告白色萎缩１例。女性，２６岁，双下肢反复起皮疹溃疡１３年。检查：双下肢象牙白色萎缩性白斑，周围有毛细血管扩张，紫癜。病理示真皮浅层血管壁纤维蛋白样物质沉积及血管周围淋巴细胞浸润，直接免疫荧光示真皮浅层、小血管壁ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、Ｃ３沉积。用低分子右旋糖酐及复方丹参静滴后皮损消退，随访６周无复发。对此病的病因、分类及治疗进行了讨论。

Atrophy blanche: A case report

A patient with atrophy blanche is reported. This 26-year old female patient has had recurrent eruptions and ulceration on lower extremities for more than 13 years. The main lesions are ivory-white atrophic patch studded with telangiectasia and purpura. The histopathology changes are fibrinoid material deposited on the vessel and perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes in dermis. DIF showed IgG, IgM, C3 deposition on the vessel wall of dermis. The patient was treated with salva miltiorrhiza and low molecular weight dextran. The effect was good. No recurrence occurred after therapy for a follow-up of 6 weeks. The etiology, classification and treatmen of this disease are discuseed.
