| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子－1（IGF－1）有45％的结构与胰岛素相同，可以用于治疗糖尿病。牛初乳短链IGF－1是普通IGF—1的变异体，其N端缺少三个氨基酸。为观察牛初乳短链IGF－1的降糖作用及其降糖时限，我们将正常及STZ糖尿病大鼠24只．各分成对照组和用药组，给用药组大鼠腹腔注射牛初乳短链IGF－125ng／只，在用药前及用药后第2、4、6、8、10及12小时分别检测血糖变化，结果发现：牛初乳短链IGF－1对正常大鼠的血糖无明显影响，但可显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖．作用高峰时间在用药后第6小时，作用持续时间达12小时以上。

| Abstract: | Inslin-like growth factor- 1 is a single chain peptide with 45% of its struc ture similarity to that of insulin. The truncated IGF- lis separated from bovine colostrum. shortening of 3 amino acids at the N-terminal. To observe its hypoglycemic effect. 24 nor mal and streptozotocinized diabetic rats were divided randomly into control and treatment group (intra -abdominal injection of the truncated IGF- 1 25ng per rat). the blood glucose were measured before and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 hour after the injection. The results showed that: the bovine colostrum. truncated IGF- 1 could reducere markedly the blood glucose in the di abetic rats,with no change in the normal;Its hypoglycemic effect could continued for more than 12 hours and the most was on 6 hour after injection. |
