渭南市劳教人员8048例艾滋病、乙型及丙型肝炎的感染情况

目的准确掌握渭南市监狱、劳教所羁押、劳教人员艾滋病病毒（HIV）、乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染情况，为制定防治干预措施，控制疾病蔓延提供依据。方法空腹静脉抽血，采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA），进行抗-HIV、HBsAg、抗-HCV检测。结果在8048名检测者中，抗-HIV阳性5人（0．062％）、HBsAg阳性611人（7．59％）、抗-HCV阳性289人（3．59％）。结论具有静脉吸毒和供血人员中抗-HCV阳性率高；具有静脉吸毒、性乱人员抗-HIV检出率高；该人群对HBV普遍易感。面对艾滋病、乙型病毒性肝炎、丙型病毒性肝炎快速增长的现状应加大宣传教育力度，落实各项预防干预措施，控制艾滋病、乙型病毒性肝炎、丙型病毒性肝炎的流行趋势。

Infection Status of 8 048 Cases of HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C among Prisoners in Weinan City

[Objective]To master the first-hand information of HIV,Hepatitis B and C infection among prisoners in Weinan City,and provide basis for intervention measures and overspreading control.[Methods]Empty stomach vein blood samples were collected and detected with ELISA for the anti-HIV,HBsAg and anti-HCV.[Results]Among the 8 048 detected samples,the positive rate of anti-HIV,HBsAg and anti-HCV were 0.02%(5/8 048),7.59%(611/8 048) and 3.59%(289) respectively.[Conclusion]It has been found that the positive rate of anti-HCV is quite high among the vein drug abusers and blood donators,that of the anti-HIV is relatively high among the vein drug abusers and sex abusers;the whole population is generally susceptible to HBV.Intervention measures and health education should be enhanced in order to improve the control of AIDS,Hepatitis B and C.
