胆囊炎肝活检19例分析

目的：探讨胆囊炎是否能直接通过累及肝被膜引起间质性肝炎以及乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性患者胆囊炎时能否加重肝脏的损伤。方法：采用常规石蜡切片及ＨＥ染色技术，观察了１９例胆囊炎患者手术切除的胆囊及其肝活检标本的病理改变。结果：胆囊炎的胆囊壁炎细胞浸润明显多，多数其相应的肝被膜的炎细胞浸润也明显。血液中ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性者伴胆囊炎时，肝小叶结构破坏加重。结论：间质性肝炎可以由胆囊炎直接累及肝被膜引起。血液中ＨＢｓ

ANALYSIS ON 19 CASES OF CHOLECYSTITIS AND THEIR HEPATIC BIOPSIES

Objective:To explore whether cholecystitis can cause interstitial hepatitis by the affected serosa of liver and whether the hepatic injuries of the patients suffering from cholecystitis will more serious when hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is in their blood.Methods:Pathological changes of removed gallbladder by operation and hepatic biopsies have observed by routine methods of paraffin sections and HE staining.Results:When a number of inflammatory cellular infiltrations appear significantly in the wall of gallbladder of the patients suffered from cholecystitis,a number of them appear significantly in hepatic serosa of most of them too.When HBsAg is in the blood of the patients suffered from cholecystitis,the disruption of their structure of hepatic lobules will be more serious.Conclusion:Interstitial hepatitis can be caused by cholecystitis affecting directly the serosa of liver.When the patients with HBsAg in their blood,their injuries of liver will be more serious and will lead to easily cirrhosis of liver.
