| 摘 要： | 应用Elslager等法合成了35个取代(4-氨基-1-萘偶氮)苯和取代4-(二乙氨基乙基氨基)-1-萘偶氮]苯类,同时又合成了5-(4-氨基-1-萘偶氮)尿嘧啶和5-4-(二乙氨基乙基氨基)-1-萘偶氮]尿嘧啶。经动物筛选证明,有13个化合物对日本血吸虫病有预防和治疗作用,其中以2-氯-4-硝基4-(二乙氨基乙基氨基)-1-萘偶氮]苯(化合物26)和5-4-(二乙氨基乙基氨基)-1-萘偶氮]尿嘧啶(Ib)的治疗作用最显著,灭虫率达70%左右。

| Abstract: | Thirty five compounds of substituted-(4-amino-1-naphthylazo)benzenes and subtituted-4-(diethylaminoethylamino)-1-naphthylazo]benzenes were prepared according to the procedure of Elslager et al. Similarly were prepared 5-(4-amino-1-naphthylazo)uracil and 5-4-(diethylaminoethylamino)-1-naphthylazo]uracil. Thirteen compounds exhibited chemoprophylatic and chemotherapeutic activity in mice against schistosomiasis japonica; among them 2-chloro-4-nitro-4-(diethylaminoethylamino)-1-naphthylazo]benzene (compound 26) and 5-4-(diethylaminoethylamino)-1-naphthylazo]uracil (Ib) possessed higher chemotherapeutic activity; the rates of worm reduction were round 70%. |
