| 摘 要： | 对６０例荨麻疹患者用流式细胞仪检测外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群并与２０例健康志愿者作对照。结果表明，荨麻疹患者ＣＤ＾＋３及ＣＤ＾＋４细胞明显降低，与健康对照组比较差异有非常显著性意义，其中以急性荨麻疹患者ＣＤ＾＋３、ＣＤ＾＋４改变最为明显。

| Abstract: | The peripheral blood T lymphocytes and their subsets in 60 patients with urticaria were detected by flow cytometry and compared with 20 healthy controls. The results showed that the number of CD3+and CD4+cells in the urticaria group was significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.01), especially in patients with acute urticaria. The results showed that there was immunologic dysfunction of T lymphocyte in the patients with urticaria. It is the author's opinion that not only humoral immunity takes part but also cellular immunity plays a definite role in the pathogenesis of urticaria. |
