茜草饮片炒炭前后药理作用的比较

摘    要:目的:探讨茜草、茜草炭饮片抗炎、镇痛、活血化瘀、止血等药理作用的区别.方法:对同一批次茜草药材炮制成的茜草、茜草炭饮片水煎液予不同剂量小鼠灌胃给药,采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法比较二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响;采用扭体法比较茜草饮片炒炭前后镇痛作用的区别;采用剪尾法、毛细管法比较茜草炒炭前后止血作用的区别;用地塞米松造血瘀模型,比较茜草饮片炒炭前后活血化瘀作用的区别.结果:茜草抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀作用强于茜草炭;茜草有止血作用,但弱于茜草炭.结论:茜草炮制后,抗炎、镇痛、活血化瘀等药理作用减弱,止皿作用增强.
