| 摘 要： | 通过2例自然恢复的急性骨髓造血功能衰竭,其起病方式及血象,骨髓象酷似急性再生障碍性贫血,对这种“自限性急性再生障碍性贫血综合征”是否为一种独立的疾病,或是急性骨髓造血停滞的某个阶段进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 2 cases of patients with acute myelohemopietix function failure that naturally recovered was reported, which was similar to acute aplastic anemia in suffering from and tests of the peripheral blood and marrow. Whether the phenomenon was an independent disease or a certain developing stage of acute myelohemopoietic stagnation was discussed here. |
