| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人急性上消化道出血的临床特点。方法通过对56例60岁以上急性消化道出血病人的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果病情好转44例，占本组病例的78．6％，死亡12例，占本组病例的21．4％。结论应根据老年人上消化道出血的临床特点，采取正确措施，积极治疗，降低死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical behavior of aged acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods The case data of 56 cases of aged acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were analysed.Results The situation of the 44 cases got better.The rate was 78.6%.Twelve cases were dead.The rate was 21.4%.Conclusions According to the clinical behaviors of aged acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage correct measures and active treatment must be taken to reduce the death rate. |
