摘    要:目的 评价用一种改良装置对单侧或双侧输卵管阻塞的再通效果。方法 于1995年11月至2002年10月我院放射科对800例年龄为24~42岁不孕妇女经造影证实为单侧性或双侧性阻塞的1489条输卵管应用美国Cook公司产改良装置实施了介入再通术治疗。该技术操作是在X线监视下经宫腔将导管选送至输卵管开口端而进行选择性输卵管造影与输卵管再通术。结果 确诊有阻塞的1489条输卵管,经再通术治疗后,有1137条输卵管得以复通,复通率为76.4%,导管一次性插管成功率为98.8%。结论 用于输卵管再通术的改良装置兼具多方面优点,诸如操作灵活,疗效显,经济实用,因而值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a modified equipment as a therapeutic procedure of fallopian tube recanalization when unilateral or bilateral tubal obstruction is present.Methods One thousand four hundred eighty nine procedures were performed with a modified equipment made in American Cook company between November 1995 and October 2002 in the Radiology Department of our Hospital on 800 infertile women aged between 24 and 42 years.The technique consisted of selective salpingography and fallopian tube recanalization under X- ray surveillance.Results Among 1489 definite obstructive fallopian tubes which underwent catheterization,1137 fallopian tubes were found to be recanalized (76.4 % ).The successful rate of once catheterization was 98.8 % .Conclusion The modified equipment for fallopian tube recanalization has many goodness such as simple procedure,significant therapeutic effect and lower cost et c so that it is worthy to be recommended.
