某综合医院工作人员感染SARS情况的分析

目的：调查某综合医院工作人员感染SARS的基本情况，分析发生感染的可能原因、途径和高危人群，为今后预防和控制SARS及类似传染病可能造成的院内感染提供依据。方法：采用中国国家卫生部推荐的《非典型肺炎病例个案调查表》，由经过培训的调查员，对某院工作人员中所有感染SARS患，进行逐个个案调查。资料采用SPSS11．0进行整理和统计处理。结果：发生在某综合医院的这次SARS疫情，共造成41名工作人员感染，罹患率6．1％。医生、护士和病区内物业人员感染率高于医院其他人员，院内SARS性别罹患率无显性差异(χ^2=3．05，P=0．08)。结论：SARS在综合医院暴发流行，存在明显的医院聚集性，医生、护士和病区内物业人员是感染SARS的高危人群之一，他们之间可能存在共同的危险因素。

Analysis of communicated severe acute respiratory syndrome in staff of a general hospital

Objective:To investigate the causes and approach and high risk people of communicated severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)that provide proofs of protective and control it in staff of a general hospital.Methods:Standardized questionnaire was used on individual cases .Data on the epidemiological characteristics as time ,place, sex and occupational of SARS were analyzed with software SSPS11 0.Results:The attack rate of SARS in a general hospital was 6 1%.The infection rate of doctors and nurses and keep clean workers in ward were higher than that of other staff The sex attack rate of SARS was not marked difference in staff of hospital.Conclusion:The hospital aggregation of patients comprised in outbreak epidemiological in a general hospital .The doctors and nurses and keep clean workers in ward were one of high risk people and exited the same risk factors among them.
