| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响经外周中心静脉置管（PICC）带管出院患者导管维护依从性的因素及护理对策。方法对17例PICC带管出院患者出现并发症的原因进行分析。结果患者依从性差是导致出现并发症的主要原因。影响患者导管维护依从性的因素有健康知识缺乏、经济原因、交通不便、年龄大、文化程度偏低等。结论加强患者的出院健康教育并指导其自我护理，同时做好家属的健康宣教工作，可提高患者出院后导管维护的依从性。
