舒通贴剂治疗结肠慢转运型便秘的研究

目的:观察中药"舒通贴剂"对结肠慢转运型便秘的治疗效果,并进行相关的实验研究。方法:临床研究采用"舒通贴剂"贴于神阙的方法治疗结肠慢转运型便秘患者61例(治疗组),观察临床疗效、结肠运输功能转阴率以及复发率,并与口服麻仁丸的患者59例(对照组)进行比较;实验研究采用在豚鼠皮肤上贴"舒通贴剂",观察致敏反应情况,并与阳性致敏物组进行比较。结果:治疗组的临床疗效比对照组好(P<0.01);结肠运输功能转阴率治疗组明显好于对照组(P<0.05);1个月后的复发率治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。豚鼠皮肤致敏反应,舒通贴剂组明显少于两对照组。结论:"舒通贴剂"治疗结肠慢转运型便秘的临床疗效较好,运输功能转阴率较高,复发率低,对豚鼠皮肤无致敏反应。

Clinical and Experimental Research of Shutong Patch in Treating Constipation due to Slow Movement of Colonic

Objective:To obverse the curative effect of Shutong patch in treating constipation due to slow movement of colonic and to develop experimental research.Methods:61 cases of constipation due to slow movement of colonic in the treatment group were treated by Shutong patch on bellybutton.The clinical curative effect,the ratio of transportation function of colonic turning to negative and recurrence ratio was observed and compared with that of 59 cases treated by Maren pill in the contrast group.Shutong patch on skin of cavy was applied in the experiment study.The anaphylaxis was observed and compared with the positive anaphylactic contrast group.Results:The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the contrast group(P<0.01).The ratio of transportation function of'colonic turning to negative in the treatment was much higher than that in the contrast group(P<0.05)and the recurrence ration in the treatment group after one month's therapy was obviously lower than that in the contrast group(P<0.05).The anaphylaxis on skin of cavy in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the contrast group.Conclusion:Shutong patch has good clinical curative effect on treating constipation due to slow movement of colonic with higher ratio of transportation function of colonic turning to negative and lower recurrence ratio.No anaphylaxis on skin of cavy is found.The study here provides theoretical reference for clinical application of Shutong patch.
