| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声技术(TACDU、TVCDU)对盆腔静脉曲张症(PV)的诊断价值。方法运用两种扫查方法对28例PV患者进行检测,并与手术对照,比较两者的诊断价值,并对PV病变程度进行评价。结果经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声的诊断符合率均较高,分别为82%、94%。结论经腹超声检查应该成为诊断PV的首选方法,经阴道超声检查是经腹超声检查的良好补充。

| Abstract: | Ojective To study the diagnostic value of transabdomined color doppler ultrasonography (TACDU) and transvagine color doppler ultrasonography (TVCDU) in pelvic varicosis (PV).Methods Twenty-eight patients with PV were detected by uesing TACDU and TVCDU separately, and the diagnostic value between the two ways were compared. Operational results was used as standard, and the degree of lesion in patients with PV was evaluated based on the results of surgery. Results The rate of diagnostic accuracy was high in both methods (TACDU 82% and TVCDU 94%, spearately).Conclusions TACDU should be the perference in diagnoscing PV. TVCDU is the favorable supplement PV for TACDU. |
