Snodgrass术治疗尿道下裂

目的:探讨Snodgrass术治疗尿道下裂手术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2002~2005年28例Snodgrass手术的方法、疗效。9例为前型尿道下裂,3例为二期尿道成形,16例为尿道下裂术后残留尿道下裂的患儿,其中3例伴阴茎下弯。结果:术后随访4~24个月,一次手术成功23例,阴茎外观正常,无下弯畸形,尿道开口位于阴茎头前端,呈纵行裂隙状。3例尿道口狭窄,2例经尿道扩张后治愈,另1例作尿道外口切开后痊愈。2例出现尿瘘,1例经尿道扩张温盐水坐浴后治愈,另1例经上述处理后瘘口缩小,等待手术修补。结论:Snodgrass手术操作简便,成功率高,适用范围广,易于掌握及推广。对尿道成形失败,成形材料缺乏的患者是一个良好的手术方法。

Asnodgrass procedure for hypospadias

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Sondgrass procedure for hypospadias.Methods:Sondgrass procedure was performed for 28 cases of hypospadias from 2002 to 2005. Among them, 9 were distal hypospadias,3 were second stage urethral reconstruction,16 were remained hypospadias after failing urethroplasty. Three patients had penile curvature.Results:The patients had been followed up for 4 months to-2 years, 23 cases were cured.A good function neourethra with a vertical slit-like meatus was observed.There had been no chordee or stricture. Meatus stricture was noted in 3 patients, 2 of them had been corrected with urethral dilatation, 1 had been corrected with urethrostomy. Urethral fistula were noted in 2 patients and 1 of them had been corrected with urethral dilatation.Conclusions:Sondgrass procedure is easy and is especially indicated for patients without enough penile skin after a failed urethroplasty.The success rate of Snodgrass procedure is high.
