妊娠早期甲状腺功能与促绒毛膜性腺激素的关系

目的 了解妊娠早期甲状腺功能与促绒膜促毛性腺激素（ＨＣＧ）的关系。方法 用放免或免放方法测定３９例正常孕妇妊娠早期血清ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４、ＴＳＨ及ＨＣＧ水平。结果 妊娠早期血清ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４在正常范围偏高，血清ＴＳＨ水平正常偏低，且有３０．７７％低于正常范围，血清ｈＧＣ水平较非妊娠育龄妇女显著升高；ＨＧＣ与ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４呈正十线相关关系（ｒ＝０．３０２，Ｐ〈０．０５，及ｒ＝０．４９８，Ｐ〈０．０１），而与ＴＳＨ呈负直线相关关系（ｒ＝０．３３１，Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 提示妊娠早期ｈＣＧ对垂体一甲状腺轴有一定的调节作用。

The Study of relationship between the function of Thyroid and HCG in early pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the function of thyroid and HCG in early pregnancy. Methods In 39 health women in early pregnancy, the serum FT 3,FT 4, TSH and HCG were measured with radioimmuno assay or immunoradiometric assay.Results The serum FT 3 and FT 4 were relatively high, but all in normal range in early pregnancy. The serum TSH below the reference range were 30.77% in early pregnancy. The serum HCG were highter than nonpregnancy wornan. A significant negative correlation between TSH and HCG levels was demonstrated and a significant positive correlation between HCG and FT 3 and FT 4. Conclusion HCG may be as role of regulation of pituitary thvroid axis in early pregnancy.
