| 摘 要： | 目的 体外观察芦荟大黄素(AE)、阿霉素(ADM)单用及联合应用对人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖的影响.方法 采用MTT法观察不同浓度AE、ADM单独和联合应用对HepG2细胞生长的抑制作用,并计算两药相互作用系数(CDI),检验两药联合协同性.结果 两药单独作用48h对HepG2细胞的抑制率,随着药物浓度的增加均相应增加,呈剂量依赖性.两药联合作用48h对HepG2细胞的抑制率,较同剂量单独用药亦有相应增加;CDI分析显示两药联用在相应浓度下具有协同性,而且两个联合用药组表现为协同性显著.结论 芦荟大黄素、阿霉素单用及联用对人肝癌HepG2细胞有增殖抑制的作用,且两药联合具有协同性.
