| 摘 要： | 对胃肠道潜隐癌、癌前病变和炎性病变各３０例患者术前的糖链抗原（ＣＡ）１９－９水平进行回顾性分析，发现３组之间或两两比较均有明显差异。发现＜３７ｕ／ｍｌ者９７．４４％为良性病变，＞９０ｕ／ｍｌ者９４．４４％为恶性病变。３７～９０ｕ／ｍｌ之间者复查前后对比，癌变组血清ＣＡ１９－９水平平均升高１４．４２ｕ／ｍｌ，良性病变组平均下降９．６２ｕ／ｍｌ。提示对经内镜活组织检查未被证实的可疑胃肠道肿瘤患者，常规ＣＡ１９－９放免测定有助于发现胃肠道潜隐癌。

| Abstract: | Preoperative serum CA 19-9 levels in 30 patients with various gastrointestinal disorders such as occult carcinoma(GIOC),precancerous lesions and inflammatory changes were analysed. Marked differences were found in between these conditions. Serum CA 19-9 level in 97. 44% of benign patients was<37u/ml and that of 94.44% of malignant patients was>90u/ml. In light of these results it is suggested that CA 19-9 RIA may be helpful in the diagnosis of GIOC in case a patient is suspicious of having cancer after endoscopic biopsy. |
