| 摘 要： | 目的探讨负压封闭引流技术（vacuumsealingdrainage,VSD）在腹壁感染创面的应用.方法回顾性分析昆明医学院第二附属医院急诊外科2007年10月至2009年9月收治的6例腹壁感染创面患者应用VSD的治疗方法.结果全部病例创面愈合良好,换药次数明显减少,创面愈合时间明显缩短,术后住院天数明显缩短,住院费用明显降低,无并发症发生.结论负压封闭引流技术处理腹壁感染创面,操作简便,疗效显著.
