| 摘 要： | 目的:进一步提高乳腺疾病影像诊断水平.方法:对47例钼靶摄影误诊和病理证实的乳腺疾病进行回顾性分析.结果:误诊为良性病变的恶性肿瘤26例(A组),误诊为恶性病变的良性病变21例(B组).A组钼靶摄影表现:肿块影15例,结节影5例,团片状影2例,未见明显异常4例.B组:肿块影11例,小结节影6例,放射状条索影1例,片状影1例,钙化2例.结论:分析钼靶摄影片时,强调与临床、彩超相结合,可减少误诊,进一步提高诊断水平.

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the radiological diagnosis of breast disease.Methods:Fourty-seven cases of breast disease which were misdiagnosed by molybdenum mammography and confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospetively analyzed.Results: Twenty-six malignant cases were misdiagnosed as benign(group A).Twenty-one benign cases were misdiagnosed as malignant(group B).The mammographic findings in group A were mass(15 cases),nodule(5 casas),roundish and sheetlike image(2 casas),and no abnormal sign (4 casas).The mammographic findings in group B were mass(11 casas),nodule(6 casas),radial scars(1 casa),sheetlike image(1 casa)and calcification(2 casas).Conclusion:By analyzing mammographic findings and emphasizing the diagnosis combined with clinical data and color-ultrasonics,we could decrease misdiagnosis and improve the diagnostic level. |
