冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度测定

 目的研究冠心病(CHD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与健康人的差异。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)，对25例CHD患者和20例对照者进行血浆HCY浓度测定，并对测定结果进行统计学处理、分析。结果CHD患者的HCY水平高于对照组，且具有显著性差异(^P＜0.001)。结论临床应监测并控制CHD患者的HCY血浆浓度，并对高HCY血症患者给予相应的治疗，对于CHD患者的预后有重要意义。

Determination of plasma homocysteine concentrations in patients with coronory heart disease

OBJECTIVE To study the difference of plasma homo cy steine(HCY) concentrations between coronary heart disease (CHD) patients and hea lthy volunteers. To determine whether creatinine levels affect plasma HCY concen trations.METHODS 25 CHD patients and 20 healthy volunteers w ere enrolled.The plasma concentrations of HCY were determined by fluorescence po larization immunoassay(FPIA).RESULTS Compared with the healt hy group,the concentrations of HCY in CHD group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS It strongly suggested to monitor and control the plasma concentrations of HCY in pa tients with CHD, and corresponding treatment should be given to hyperhomocystein e patients.
