人参总皂苷对大鼠脑缺血再灌注的神经保护研究

目的:了解人参总皂苷对MCAO再灌注大鼠的神经保护作用。方法:采用神经行为学评分,Nissl染色法了解人参总皂苷的抗缺血损伤作用。结果:总皂甙20mg/kg和60mg/kg治疗组可改善缺血再灌注后24h神经行为学评分,以20mg/kg效果更为显著。总皂甙20mg/kg和60mg/kg治疗组大鼠顶叶皮层缺血半暗带区神经元存活较多,其中以20mg/kg组神经元存活率最高。结论:人参总皂苷对MCAO后再灌注的大鼠脑组织具有保护作用。

Neuroprotective effect of Saponins of panax ginseng on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats

Objective:To observe the neuroprotective effect of Saponins of panax ginseng(SPG) on focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats.Methods:Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was employed to establish focal cerebral ischemial/reperfusion model in rats.Neurological behavior score,Nissl staning were adopted respectively to study the effect of SPG on cerebral ischemia damage.Results: Both 20mg/kg and 60mg/kg SPG decreased the neurology deficit scroe(24h after MCAO).Besides,the research suggested that 20mg was better.Nissl staining indentified that SPG decreased the neuronal loss significantly in the penumbral region of parietal cortex in rats.The ischemic neurons' survival rate in the dosage of 20mg/kg is higher.Conclusions:SPG could decrease the neurology deficit score and improve the neuron's survival rate in ischemic penumbral region of parietal cortex as well.SPG exerted a dose-dependent nueroprotective effect on brain after MCAO.As for the dosage of 20mg/kg and 60mg/kg,the former produces the better neuroprotective effect.
